Winds of Change seeks to develop, promote and facilitate new models of leadership that include a broad spectrum of styles and voices. To this end, the Foundation is committed to examining the personal qualities of successful leaders, the traditional culture of leadership and the impact executive decision-makers have on organizations, public policy and the larger society.

Winds of Change will offer promising, rising and established leaders from a broad spectrum of professions, disciplines and industries the opportunity to come together for exploration, contemplation and discussion. Programs will explore ways the traditional culture of leadership encourages or discourages the success of these leaders and the integration of their diverse values into the practice of their professions.
